Terms of Service
Last updated: September 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TiMailPar ("the Application"), a desktop application that provides access to Gmail messages through the Google Gmail API.
By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Application
TiMailPar is a desktop application that allows an authorized user to access and read Gmail messages through the Google Gmail API.
The Application accesses Gmail only after you explicitly authorize it through Google's OAuth authorization process.
TiMailPar does not provide email services and does not replace Gmail.

2. Google Account and Authorization
To use Gmail-related functionality, you must authorize TiMailPar to access your Google Account.
The Application requests the following Google OAuth permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly
This permission allows the Application to read Gmail messages and related information as permitted by Google.
You may revoke TiMailPar's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account settings.

3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
  • maintaining the security of your computer and Google Account;
  • ensuring that you have the right to access the Gmail account used with the Application;
  • using the Application in accordance with applicable laws and Google's terms and policies;
  • keeping your authentication credentials and access tokens secure.
You must not use the Application to access another person's Google Account without their authorization.

4. Third-Party Services
TiMailPar uses services provided by Google, including the Google Gmail API and Google OAuth.
Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.
TiMailPar is an independent application and is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Google.

5. Privacy
Your use of TiMailPar is also governed by our Privacy Policy:
https://wisely-polite-warbler.tilda.ws/privacypolicy
TiMailPar requests only the permissions necessary to provide its functionality.

6. Availability
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available or that it will operate without interruption or errors.
The functionality of the Application may be affected by changes to Google APIs, Google services, authentication requirements, operating systems, or other third-party services.

7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TiMailPar is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for loss of data, interruption of Gmail services, or changes made by Google to its APIs, authentication systems, or services.

8. Changes to the Application
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any of its features at any time.
We may also update these Terms when necessary. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

9. Termination
You may stop using TiMailPar at any time.
You may also revoke the Application's access to your Google Account through your Google Account settings.
If you stop using the Application, any locally stored authentication credentials or tokens should be removed from your device as appropriate.
